Who we are

Arigato Studio makes custom animated and edited videos. These terms apply to every order placed through arigatovideos.com. Questions: info@arigatostudio.com.

Orders and payment

Orders of $100 or more can be paid in two parts: a 50% deposit at checkout and the other 50% when the order is ready, or in full at checkout with 10% off the list price. Orders under $100 and monthly plans are paid in full at checkout. Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel them.

When your order is ready we send a preview with a watermark. Once you approve it, we send an invoice for the balance. The final files without watermark are delivered after the balance is paid.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

What you send us

You confirm that you have the rights to the material you send us, such as logos, photos, footage, music and scripts, and that we may use it to make your video.

Stages and approvals

Staged projects move through script and storyboard, illustration and animation. Each stage starts after you approve the previous one, and an approved stage becomes the base for the next.

Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on it. A revision adjusts the work within the approved brief. Extra rounds can be added at a price we agree on first.

Scope changes

Changes to an approved script, brief or design that affect content, structure, length or style are a change of scope. We tell you the price before doing them.

Delivery

Delivery days count from the day we have everything we need to start. Time spent waiting for your feedback or approval is not counted.

Refunds

If we have not started work, you get a full refund.

Stage 1 guarantee for explainers and music videos: if, after the revision rounds included in your package, you do not approve the script and storyboard, we refund what you paid. Once you approve Stage 1, the deposit is no longer refundable.

Once a stage has been approved or the preview has been delivered, the work done is not refundable.

Ownership and license

When the order is paid in full, you own the final video and may use it anywhere. Source files are included only where the package says so. Music and other licensed elements are used under their own licenses for the uses agreed in your order.

Portfolio

We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing, before the order, to keep it private.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
