What we collect
When you send a quote request or an order brief, we receive your name, your email and what you write in the form, including links to your files.
With the form we also receive how you found us, if you tell us, the first page you visited on this site, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in that link. Your browser keeps this for 30 days and only sends it with a form, so we can see which pages bring us clients.
When you pay, our payment provider processes your card. We receive your name, your email and what you bought, never your card number.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, make your video and keep a record of your order. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Our hosting provider runs the site and the forms, a messaging service delivers form notifications to our team, and our payment provider handles payments. Each one only receives what it needs for that job.
Analytics
We count visits with privacy friendly analytics that use no cookies and do not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep project records while we work together and for as long as the law requires for invoices. You can ask us to delete the rest at any time.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@arigatostudio.com.
